Senator Hillary Clinton has declared "I'm in" by forming an exploratory committee, the first step before officially declaring her candidacy for president. On January 22, 23, and 24 2007 she'll be conducting live video chats where she'll be taking questions from registered members of her website. And, she's throwing down the gauntlet to the VRWC:
